Most law firms don’t have a billing problem. They have a process problem.

I oversee and manage the billing operations for law firms, ensuring the entire process runs efficiently from time entry through invoicing and collections. While our team handles the day-to-day execution, my role is to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accountability at every stage so nothing is missed and no revenue is left behind.

With over 26 years in the legal field, I’ve worked extensively with law firms on billing systems, procedures, and operational efficiency. My focus has been on building structured, repeatable processes that eliminate errors, reduce delays, and improve overall billing performance.

I’ve trained legal professionals and taught paralegals on billing practices, time entry accuracy, and workflow management. I also lead national webinars through organizations like NALA, focusing on billing systems, medical billing integration, and firm procedures that support stronger financial performance.

In addition, I have written on legal billing practices and processes, with a forthcoming publication through Aspen scheduled for release in September, further contributing to industry education on effective billing systems and operational structure.

  1. The goal is simple. Make sure law firms get paid for the work they’re already doing, with a system that supports accuracy, consistency, and reliable cash flow.
